Science of Taste: Crafting Cheese
During this 45-minute interactive class, young chefs will learn how cheese is made. They will make paneer cheese by carefully boiling whole milk while gradually adding lemon juice to separate the curds and a cheesecloth to squeeze out any excess liquid. Once cooled, this delicious cheese will be enjoyed on top a fresh salad.
Cost: $20 per setting (each setting can accommodate 1-4 people). Participants must have valid general admission tickets or a Discovery Cube membership. This class is recommended for ages 4 and up.
*Food allergies must be disclosed to the class chef at check-in. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
